February 2, 2026 – The City of Saint Paul issued a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to supply, install and support a new governmental accounting software system. The City’s current accounting software is outdated, inefficient, and no longer meets the demands of complex grant management or the scale of projects we are undertaking.
Minimum requirements include but are not necessarily limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales and Other Tax Management. Overall goals for the new software will include better cost-effectiveness, greater integration and simplification with user-friendlier technologies and tools for greater efficiency.
To be considered, proposals must be received via email no later than March 20 , 2026 no later than 4:00 pm Alaska Standard Time.
